Project Description
A new BREEAM certified office building, named by the investor “A magnetic place – in the heart of Cluj, a gem: Record Park”, was completed by our company. The total leasable area is 14,263 square meters, 207 underground parking spaces and 291 square meters of underground storage space
The BMS system designed and implemented by us, controls and monitors all important installations, such as boilers, cooling units, heating and cooling system, electrical system, air treatment plants, intelligent control of areas, integrated consumption measurement system, generation automatic consumption reports.
