We are honored to announce the winning of a new contract for the design and execution of the BMS system, at the TANDEM project in Bucharest. The new construction is an office building on the premium office segment, class A, with 19677 m2 of office and retail space, and indoor parking spaces.

The BMS system designed and implemented by us, controls and monitors all important installations, such as cooling towers, boilers, cooling units, heating and cooling system, electrical system, automatic adaptation of the cooling / heating system based on the weather forecast for optimization of energy consumption costs, efficient lighting control, air treatment plants, intelligent area control, elevators, electric car charging stations, integrated consumption measurement system, automatic generation of consumption reports, UPS stations, generators, interface for preventive maintenance, tablet dashboard for each tenant.
